I love the variety I get within my organisation. I mediate in all areas of dispute (employment, civil, wills and property) and have a legal background in family law, which often involves resolving children and property matters.

I get great satisfaction providing resolutions in a cost effective and efficient way; and at a time where clients require the most support.

My ability to mediate any dispute and practice as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) enables independent parties the option to resolve their children’s matters without litigation.

My legal background is in all areas of Family Law and my Masters is a double major in Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Being Nationally Accredited and an Advanced Accredited Mediator with the Resolution Institute, allows me to apply a wide skill set, to my participants.

It has also lead to various lecturing roles, where I teach mediation, ADR and negotiation subjects at university level.

The flexibility of my own business is my biggest draw card. My clients and colleagues alike are flexible and encouraging of the various priorities that arise from enjoying a business and family simultaneously.
