Join us for this workshop where we’ll explore simple strategies to deliver fantastic customer service that has your customers coming back for more and recommending you to friends and family.

A practical workshop series for modern regional businesses.

The Griffith Business Playbook is a free business resilience workshop series delivered in collaboration between Griffith City Council, Griffith Business Chamber and Griffith Women in Business and created to help local businesses build confidence capability and long-term resilience.

Developed in direct response to the Griffith Business Survey, this series focuses on the skills business owners told us they need most to remain sustainable and competitive in today’s environment. Each chapter is designed to stand alone while also forming part of a complete practical business toolkit.
