Senior Team Leader & Independent Stylist, Fallon Arcifa – Lorraine Lea Independent Stylist

My name is Fallon Arcifa. I am a wife, a mum of two gorgeous little girls and the proud owner of a Lorraine Lea business.

Six years ago, I took a leap of faith and joined Australian family owned company – Lorraine Lea as an Independent Stylist. At the time, it was quite simply to have my very own ‘side hustle’ and to save enough money for a family holiday to the Gold Coast but since then, it has become so much more than that.

Lorraine Lea is a member of Direct Selling Australia and our products are predominantly offered in a social ‘party plan’ environment as Home Styling Events. However, one on one home styling sessions are also available along with a unique and lucrative business opportunity for those looking for their very own ‘side hustle’, to escape the ‘daily grind’ or to simply get out of the house.

Since joining, I have elevated to Senior Team Leader and grown my business to the stage where it is no longer a ‘side hustle’, BUT the real deal, allowing me the flexibility to work from home, work my own hours and be there for my family.

Over the years, Lorraine Lea has rewarded me with incentive holidays to Singapore, Paris, Hawaii, Malaysia, Fiji and right now, I am working towards our 2020 trip to San Francisco and New York City. In 2018, I was recognised as the number 1 Independent Stylist in Australia for sales and in 2019, I was recognised as the number 1 Independent Stylist in Australia for recruitment and rewarded with $5,000 holiday vouchers for both of these achievements. These achievements give me a great sense of pride and are phenomenal opportunities that I am deeply grateful for.

I absolutely love sharing our beautiful products throughout the Riverina and am so passionate about empowering women to take that leap of faith and work towards creating the business they desire.

Finally, I am so proud to be part of an amazing company that is built on solid values and ethics, that is changing the game for women in business and changing the landscape of Direct Sales in Australia.
