Mel Norris

Area Manager RiverinaThe Personnel Group

Area Manager Riverina for The Personnel Group managing sites across Wagga Wagga, Griffith and Leeton and outreach sites Junee, Tumut, Hay, Hillston and Narrandera.

With a strong history in Sales, Marketing, People and Culture. I love managing my vibrant team to achieve success and change the lives of their participants.  Working to move people with a disability or disengaged youth into employment or education helps them to become motivated community members and gives them the opportunity to succeed. I truly believe that work changes the quality of a persons life and helps their self confidence.

My other loves are being a Mum to my 3 year old son and travel.
