Director, The Aisling Distillery
We founded The Aisling Distillery in 2014 to specialize in Small Batch Premium Single Malt Whisky, Rum and more recently Gin. We wanted to capture the Riverina also known as “the food bowl of Australia” it’s sheer beauty of the Griffith Region, New South Wales, the heart of the Murrumbidgee that is home to so many Traditions.
I moved from my home town of WA 16 years ago and never dreamt of the successes in which we have embarked.
As a strong team, we have successfully achieved strong rewards by putting Griffith on the world stage. Michelle as our Director has been Awarded by the Whisky Magazine in the UK (Icons of Whisky 2021) as Highly Commended in both Visitor Attraction & Distillery Manager.
