As MD of Leading Edge Computers Griffith, I transformed a struggling retail repair shop into a thriving multi-service company. That experience led to a national role with Leading Edge Group HQ, working with businesses across Australia.

Now, I coach small business owners who want to grow, clean up their systems, or prepare to sell. Together, we make practical changes that ease the pressure and set the business up for the long term.
